Shipping policy

Every HLRZ piece is made to order for you by our print partner, Tapstitch. Because each item is printed after you order, delivery takes a little longer than off-the-shelf shipping, and it means nothing is mass-produced or wasted.

How long it takes
Production: 3 to 7 business days to print, inspect, and pack your order.
U.S. shipping: most U.S. orders arrive 5 to 7 business days after they ship. Some styles are produced at our partner's international facility and can take up to 15 business days in transit.
Total: please allow 8 to 14 business days from your order date for most U.S. deliveries, and up to 4 weeks for some styles. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather, customs, and peak seasons.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your order has not shipped within 8 business days, we will reach out with an update.

International orders
We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. For U.S. orders, there are no customs or import fees. For most international orders, duties are included in the shipping cost, but in some remote areas local customs fees may be collected on delivery.

Please double check your address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We are not able to replace or refund orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost packages
If your tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived, email us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received
Please check with neighbors and your building first. If you still cannot find it, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. Email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you through it.
