HLRZ was born from a simple belief: the sacred isn't something you visit once a week, it's something you carry with you, every day, woven into what you wear.

Our story begins with the Orishas, the divine forces of the Yoruba tradition. Still practiced today in West Africa, this tradition also traveled across the ocean and took deep root in the Caribbean, where it has been honored for generations. Each piece we create begins as a portrait, rendered with the kind of detail and reverence usually reserved for a shrine, not a t- shirt. Ogun. Oshun. Yemaya. Shango. Oya. Obatala. These are not decorations. They are guardians, forces, stories passed down through generations, now given a new form.
Every piece is treated with the same care, whether it's a portrait carved in stone relief, an illustrated deity rendered in bold color, or the sacred tools laid out on their own. It's our way of saying that the divine isn't distant, it's close, present, and worth carrying with you.

THE MARK
OUR NAME LIVES IN OUR LOGO
a hand drawn wordmark where the Eye of Horus, paired with a conch shell, stands in for the letter R. One symbolizes protection and healing, the other calls forth spirit and connection to the divine. Together, a fitting emblem for a brand built on carrying the sacred with you.
